WashOS Release 10.11

October 11, 2026

WashOS brings 1 update in this release — expanding custom field management with snapshot replication and public API access so you can scale configurations across sub-accounts faster than ever.

Introducing snapshot and public API support for new custom field types

Snapshot and public API support is now available for all recently launched custom field types — including URL, Date & Time, Rich text, Users field, and Image support in Radio and Checkbox fields. You can now seamlessly replicate custom field configurations across sub-accounts using snapshots and manage custom field data programmatically through public APIs.

Whether you're setting up multiple sub-accounts, building integrations, or automating processes, these additions make it easier to manage, reuse, and scale your custom fields across WashOS.

What's new:

  • Snapshot support for new custom field types — You can now include the newly introduced custom field types in your snapshots, eliminating the need to manually recreate field configurations across sub-accounts.
  • Public API support for new custom field types — Extended public APIs now support all newly introduced custom field types, allowing developers to work with these fields programmatically.

Both snapshot and public API support are now live in production and available to all accounts.

⚡ The Play

If you manage multiple client sub-accounts, update your master snapshot today to include your URL, Date & Time, and Rich text custom fields — every new sub-account you spin up will inherit those configurations instantly, cutting onboarding setup time to near zero. Use the newly exposed public API endpoints to push custom field data directly into your external reporting tools or client dashboards without any manual export steps. Agencies scaling past five sub-accounts should treat this as a system-wide audit trigger: lock in your field schema now so the snapshot becomes the single source of truth across your entire portfolio.
